I recommend this product.

-- This product does not work with (nor intends to replace) the OEM Focusbug Horn Protector --

We thought it would be nice to shield the precious sensor in your Focus Bug CineRT/CineTape system from rain, while also adding a small mounting option at the bottom. No one likes it dangling about, right?

The cover slips on, and is meant to stay on. It is quite a tight fit, and is intended to protect the front of your horns from any rain while also still doing the same awesome job. The cover slips on, and seals the horns completely while travelling, preventing any dust or other particles getting in.

We have been in contact with Focus Bug, they did test it and found no major irregularities in use. They themselves do not have the extensive data to fully endorse it, so we are offering a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you do end up having problems with your part. We'd hate to make your job harder!

We have tested it extensively, and have found no problems in using it in our testing period (2 months extensive use).

  • All of our 3D-printed parts are printed with recycled PLA material!

Depending on the colour, this can be between 70 and 98%.Although PLA is not 100% recycleable, it is a more sustainable and long-term solution for us Industry Professionals.

Unfortunately we see a lot of waste on a day-to-day basis, and our clips, clamps and adapters can be a way to move from single-use plastics to a long-term, more heavy-duty solution. E.g. Instead of a quick fix with a single-use zip-tie, make sure your equipment and cables are securely fastened in the first place! 😉 Using tape to quickly fix a cable to a stand? Why not use a re-useable clamp and save that single-use product? These are the problems we are trying to solve.

  • We just want to put a small disclaimer out there that (although we strive for that picture-perfect finish every time) there might always be some small blemishes on 3D-printed parts. These are things that we always try to avoid, but sometimes happen as it is a manual process.
